Friday and Saturday: from 9.00 pm to 12.00 pm. CIDER HOUSE:
Place where you can try cider together with a typical menú. Cider is the apple juice which is produced by pressing the apples harvested on local farms and used for own consumption.
This tradition was maintained in Bizkaia, as well as in the province of Gipuzkoa, until industrial activity took over in these rural areas. Gipuzkoa has preserved this long-standing tradition very well.
